How many families per appointment?
Please allow one appointment for each family. If you have multipole families in your group, each family must have their own appointment.
Walk Up appointments are accepted; however, our priority will be placed on families with existing reservations. If same day reservations are available you may take that reservation with your purchase.
If a time slot is sold out, you will be placed in a walk up line. Reservations will be given priority and walk ups will be allowed in only when we are ahead of schedule in a given 15 minute time frame.
Each hour is divided into four 15 minute time frames with 6 reservations per 15 minutes.
What payments are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Checks are not accepted.
A Convenience fee is charged for credit card purchases.
Is Santa Magic owned by West Acres?
Santa Magic is a local business owned by Randy Long and not owned by West Acres or West Acres Development.
All salaries, equipment and supplies for photography is owned by Santa Magic. Santa Magic is a tenant of West Acres Mall and pays rent for their time.
